In this case, the issue is whether three lease payments by the bankrupt debtor National Enterprises, Inc. to Associates Leasing, Inc. that would otherwise be avoidable preferences under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) can qualify for the "ordinary course of business" exception under 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2). The bankruptcy court concluded that because the three monthly payments were made substantially later than usual, they did not qualify for the exception. The district court affirmed that finding. Because we cannot say that the bankruptcy courts Conclusion was clearly erroneous, we affirm.
